I am a huge fan of Chrome. It’s a fine browser even in its infancy. But Google has just pulled a huge move that was undoubtedly stupid (and a move that Microsoft would have been crucified for, just look at their install of .NET components into Firefox via Windows Update). Chrome now has Flash wrapped within the browser. That part is great, since they’re hopefully taking the power away from Adobe who has proven be very untrustworthy for security. But they pushed it without notifying and enabled it immediately. I didn’t even have Flash installed and guess what I found in my plugins.
